This is John Zappia's 5.96 second test pass in Craig Pedley's new Top Doorslammer HQ Monaro from today's test and tune day at the Perth Motorplex 29.10.2009. This run was only Zap's 2nd ever run in the team's new car, and it was the car's first full power run after an early shut-off test pass a few week's ago.
With a great reputation and a cult following within the Top Doorslammer ranks in Australia, it was an awesome effort by everybody involved with the new car, and after running a 5-second pass on it's first full run, it is a loud warning that this awesome HQ Holden Monaro will be one to be followed closely in the times ahead.
