Applied Biosystems, an聽Applera Corporation聽business, and Bio-Rad Laboratories, Inc. have announced that they have entered into a settlement agreement resolving the patent infringement lawsuit originally filed by Applera and聽Roche Molecular Systems聽against聽MJ Research聽(acquired by Bio-Rad in 2004). The lawsuit was pending in the U.S. District Court for the District of Connecticut.
