Frank and Debra Ousley live just outside of Morrison, IL
just a couple of miles from Arnie Beswick. Frank flies
a crop duster plane and gives flying lessons at the small
airfield they own.

In the photo above the kid wanted Randy to sign the shirt and
after he was done Randy asked the kid if he wanted someone
really famous to sign it. Then Ron signed.
And, during the starting line interview Randy thanked everyone
that came to see him and the 2 people who came to see Ron
Capps. It got a huge laugh.
