The 'Auto Repair 1' rear engine funny car kicks off the new season w/ a TNT @ Lakeland, FL on Feb 4th, followed by Open Outlaw @ Bradenton on Feb 18th !!

We did run our car in Feb, ran a career best speed of 127.14 MPH in the 1/8th @ Sunshine Dragway in Clearwater, FL. Then we lost our Sponsor, well actually all their checks bounced Got a couple deals in-the-works, looks like we'll be back out in December, which will be good, 'cause I have the need for speed !!

We ran our car for the first time this year in TNT @ Lakeland Sept 27th (No video) But we got a baseline tune-up, and went to the BilletProof Drags on Oct 20th @ Lakeland, FL. We had a blast, and ran a 5.83 @ 120 MPH !! Great video of that event >> http://youtu.be/SRBIE_9Lw3s

Hey Billy Mac and the whole gang !! Got our car to the track this past Sunday, having some trouble w/ throttle response / bogging, this video clearly shows what we are fighting Specs >> 496 BBC, CFE sheetmetal intake, Enderle bird catcher, cube Barrel Valve on alky, 80a pump, PG 5500 stall converter, 4.30 rear, 2100 lbs loaded. Suggestions are welcome (Please be gentle !!) The engine doesn't know it's in the back !!

maybe went lean at the hit of the throttle.Do you usually leave at an idle?

Found bad ignition box, replaced and upgraded ignition system, going testing this Sunday, will post results !!
