Looking at Bob's Arlington thread made me want type this post.

We went to Bruce's funeral yesterday,. Dec. 27th was his 86th birthday. He was a WWII vet. He has children, grand children, great grand children & even 1 great great grandchild. All but one of his large family was there yesterday. I counted 60 people in the family photo they took after the dinner. (They used the Christmas stage as a backdrop for the photo, just before we tore it down later that aftenoon). He comes from the "greatest generation" and maintained those strong values though out his life. He was a carpenter by trade and was the building team leader at church up until a few years ago, as well as being involved in many other community projects & organizations. He and his wife were also founding members of the church 40+ years ago. He will be missed by many.
