Anybody else notice,,,when you start them at home they have never sounded so good, crisp and perfect??? :wink:

They are usually wicked loud too.

We chickened out on the start up today. Instead we just got the new regulators all flowed, and removed roughly 40lbs from the car.

We also figured out why the car did a nose-dive at half track the last time we were out. We went over the data from the run, and noticed that the instant the second stage came on, the pressure regulator for that stage went nuts and dumped way too much fuel.

I have no idea how we would have found that out if we didn't have a data logger in the car. We're all set now, and ready to Rock and Roll on the 13th.

I completely forgot about these video clips that were taken the day before we left for the Draglist Nationals in July. These were from July 8th.

Still had the bad tires on the caaa during these passes. You may be able to see the caaa drifting towards the center line. We hadn't turned the second stage on yet either.

Are you using bypasses off the regulators?? Seems that would cure the dead head problem when the stages turn on.

The fuel pumps have a return on them. The second stage regulator was actually bad, so we ended up replacing both of them just because.
