That's great on the update and if I didn't say it up front on this post, I'll agree with Cat now... Vic, you own one of the most important cars in the sport's history. This car was dominant in its era and was one of the key machines that led to the nation wide adoption of Pro Comp and eventually Top Alky machines. These were the guys and gals who kept match racing alive (and still do to this day) and where a great deal of the pro talent is still developed. bp

Hey Boyd,..im not sure yet for Bakersfield for a crew, I am
sure my bro is coming, but you can never have too much help.
I will keep you posted....Sorry I dont post up as much lately
and or respond to the other threads of you guys,..Ive been real
busy trying to make this ol funny car get back into shape. I have gone
after some sponsor money for next year, and it is still undecided.
But in the mean time I finally recieved a cd with 36 pics of Veneys
car from when it was new.....so with out further adue(sp) here is
some rare pictures that know one would expect from owning
a 37 year old car.
