Bending Question??

I have a tube bending question which I probably know the answer to already but!!!!!! I'll ask anyway
I have to put a 180* bend in 1 5/8 dom tubing using a Mittler Bros bender 1 5/8 die 7in radius can it be done? And how do I do it? The die set is only meant to bend 95* or so. The piece I am trying to duplicate looks like it was bent using the above method because at the center of the radius there is a small hiccup for lack of a better term. The center to center of the hoop is approx. 12 inches.
I need help on this asap gotta tell the cust. whether we can do this or not.
Thanks in advance for the help.

I thought about doing that but was trying to avoid doing it. I just got off the phone with Bob Meyer at Meyer Race Cars and there isn't any possible way to do it with what we have. I didn't think about it but the reason there is a hiccup in the bend was when the tube was bent the first time they didn't put enough bend in it and had to place back in the bender and didn't get it back in the same spot on the bender or they put a helper on it and bent it the rest of the way.

Bob, I've never tried this, but, a guy told me to pack the tubing full of sand, and bend. He said it keeps it from collapsing, but I think you must heat it.And cap the ends too with something.
