One of the finest gentlemen I've ever met in the music business. I played with Kevin for a few months off and on in the early 90s during the Loose Rigg Band's formative period. Everything they said in his obituary is the truth. Everybody loved Kevin. His playing, his personality and his awesome stage presence were all unique and unforgettable. Farewell, Kevin, until we meet again. WC1

Photo by Winston Edmonds from yesterday's Memorial Service. I was there long enough to sign Kevin's book, pay my respects and say a prayer, then I had to leave. The church was full. They played songs that he wrote and read his poetry and it was beautiful. He was a wonderful fellow and a truly gifted artist. He is and will be deeply missed. WC1
