Really sorry to hear this. I knew Tom from the Standard 1320 group and I was thrilled when he decided to join us not only on our modest board but also in person at two Draglist Nats. I had so much fun hanging out with Tom last year and helping him run his dragster. A super, super guy, who had nothing but great things to say about everyone and who made all his many friends happy. Farewell, Painter Tom. bp

I promise to dedicate next year's DragList Calendar to Painter Tom. Great guy. Hate to lose him, but the Lord had other plans. Al, my special condolences to you and BP, as you knew him personally as a buddy. Rest in peace, Tom. Hope to meet you "up there" some day...WC1

RIP...Tom...

I got the news from Bill Pitts...Here is what he wrote...
"Members...
It is with a great deal of sadden that I must announce the untimely
death of one of our members. Tom Morris, the magic behind the
Magicar's paint job and very dear friend of mine was killed in a
tractor accident at his home in Bethany, Missouri. I really can't say
much more at this time. He was the truest of friends and will be
terribly missed by his wife Cindy and his many friends.
God Speed, my Friend.
Bill"
