With a lot of talk about how cool the cars were and their performance, I'd like to say how really cool it was to meet other DragList members. Gary (Pro70z28) and his wife Cheryl offered me a ride and made sure I was all set to go. It was one of those things that happens again and again. I feel as I've know these folks for years!! Jerry and Cheryl..Always a pleasure to hang with these folks. I am upset I didn't get a rum and coke Catman!! I met Catman! Much better in person, Like Mike's 60 Chevy! Novel-T Boyd!! What a great guy! Cool stories and a great little scrapbook! Al, Booton, Norb and Bonnie Locke All of Lippys' family I wish I could've talked with you folks more. Maybe we should have DragList week.. I'm not sure how any of this would've happened without the Bakers and Pratts!! I would have starved if not for Barb!!

That's true, guys. The people made this weekend what it was. The cars were great and the drag racing was thrilling, but it was the folks who were there whose friendships brought me there and will stay with me. This group is like no other. Every single minute was fun. Thanks.

I agree with all that's been said. Our folks are special up here on the board and especially in person. What a terrific group of folks. You get a taste of personalities on the board, but the real thing comes through in person and I'm so proud to know all of you. As someone else said, I'm on cloud nine. Denise and her mom just came in while I was looking at the stories and that started a whole new conversation here about what a great time we had. Thanks so much to everyone for their friendship. I'm already looking forward to 2007! bp
