Walt Arfons has passed away at the age of 96. Condolences go out to his family members and friends. Thank you Mr. Arfons for all the thrilling memories you gave us and may you rest in peace.

I thought they were brothers, but apparently they were half brothers.

A true original and a pioneer of high-speed landmark performance. Walt and his brother Art were two of my all-time heros in drag racing. Rest in peace, Walt, and thanks. WC1
