One of the toughest of all the Mopar racers. He did N.C. proud.
"The Little Pilgrim" passed away on 11/20/08.
Great man..awesome Racer.I'll miss that big smile. But,
Suffer no more Billy.

All of you that knew Billy know he was a true Southern Gentleman and real pioneer that very few people ever knew about. People like Billy have made our sport grow but he like I had told me he was saddened to see what money had done to what we LOVE. None the less I never saw "Mr. Billy" without a smile.
