Farewell, Marv. Those famous "M&H Racemasters" will never be forgotten as a lexicon of the drag racing scene. bp

Rest in Peace, Marv, and thanks for your tremendous contribution to our sport. Your tires were hard for me to draw (<g>) but they sure did help make those dragsters go fast! God Bless. WC1

I first met Marv in the late fifties. He came out west and set up Ernie Hashim in Bakersfield to sell the New M&H Tire. The Bakersfield Drag Race crowd were updated to M&H tires. No more Recaps!!!
I was fortunate to make a lot of Tire test runs for Marv and Ernie.
Amazing that Marv came out alone, he booked his own flite, Rental car, and motel room, all this at age 92. Spent some quality time with Marv in his golf cart sitting on the starting line ( where else).
I bet Marv and Ernie are working on a new compound. No Shake and Blow Out Proof!!!!
Rest in Peace My Friend you were a good one..................
