He was a great man. His NFL Hall of Fame induction speech caught me completely by surprise and was one of the most moving and heartfelt talks I ever witnessed. I enjoyed him as an actor, he was perfectly cast for the roles he played. His skill as an announcer and analyst will be missed as he was one who lived what he was talking about with great depth and committment. Rest in peace, Mr. Olsen. WC1

I felt so bad when I read that on line today. One of the great unsung folks in our lives that the kids should look up too. Thank you Merlin and may you rest in peace. You will be missed.
