Very, Very sad night tonight here.
We had a meeting at church tonight & before we left we got word that Mandy
(a young lady from church), her 3 year old son and 10 month old daughter were in a serious car accident tonight and were in bad shape.

Just got a call a few minutes ago. All 3 have passed away. The daughter was almost the same age as Ethan and our conversations would often center around how they were growing up and learning to do new things. It's just starting to sink in as I type this. This is going to be incredibly tough.

It is always harder to hear that the young and innocent have passed. Sorry, Gary. bp

The accident was reported on T.V. this morning. They said someone pulled out in front of her at a stop sign south of town. Her husband & I have worked on projects together. We are just gearing up for the Christmas program at church. Josh is the leader for the sound & lighting and really enjoyed doing that. Couldn't ask for a nicer person. I can't imagine the pain he is going through. Sorry for being such a downer on an otherwise beautiful Friday morning. It's a reminder how fragile life is.

Thanks Eric & Randy.

Found out today the lady that blew the stop sign was DRUNK.
This is now her fourth offense no less. I could go on but it's too unbelievable to talk about. That she could even be behind the wheel is beyond words. Everybody is in shock.

It breaks my heat to hear this. I can't imagine what you as their friend and her husband and father of those innocent children must feel. I know The Man Upstairs has plans for us that we don't always agree with or understand, but things like this just shouldn't happen. God Bless all of you. WC1
