One of the great voices of our time. The soul of Lou Rawls, the passion of Otis Redding, the guts of Muddy Waters, the class of BB King and the dynamics of James Brown all rolled into one beautiful female package of pure dynamite. She was a major influence, a modern music icon and a living exponent of the American Dream. Sing on in Heaven, KoKo. WC1

I've seen KoKo and her Blues Machine wang, dang ,doodle the old Birchmere in Alexandria to where you thought the joint was going to shake off the foundation! What a unique Lady.
God Bless her!
KoKo,you were the best!
